How do I publish?
Login with your username and password. On the right side you can find the menu with the link Post Article. Click on that and type or paste the content, add attachments, set the rules and submit. (This is only for paid members)


Can I make changes after my site is published?
Yes. You can edit your content after posting. Or you can even delete the posting.

Can I attach files to my postings?
Yes, You can. Simply browse and attach the files from your computer. Make sure each attachment is not more than 100 KB so that your attachments can be downloaded by your students even with a low speed net connection.
   

Why doesn’t my photo show up in the header space?
In order to fit the design theme correctly please resize your header image to
140 (W) x 131 (H)
If you need to resize/crop your image to fit into the proper dimensions, upload it to www.picnik.com, modify it, and then save it back to your computer before uploading it into eResourceIndia.com.


How do I add an image along with the content?
Just copy and paste from your existing file where you want the image to appear.

Just copy and paste from your existing file where you want the link to appear.


How many articles or courseware can I publish?
Unlimited. But make sure you do not publish others copyrighted materials in your name.


Can I block my articles for private viewing?
Yes, you can set a pin and people with that pin number only can open your article and view the content. You can do this for each of the posting.

Why isn’t my account working?
If you purchased your account with eResourceIndia.com, everything is automatically setup, so you probably just need to publish your articles/courseware.


I am having trouble logging in, help!
First check if you have used the correct username and password.
If the issue persists, check that your computer can accept cookies and enable them.
We've heard reports of antivirus software preventing users from logging in.  If you have antivirus software installed, try temporarily disabling it and then logging in.  If this works, you'll need to add eResourceindia.com to the software's "safe" or "accepted" list.

Why isn't my site showing my changes?
Oftentimes your browser will display a cached/outdated version of the site to provide a faster browsing experience. Refreshing the page forces the browser to reload the site to the latest version. If you're using Firefox, hold down the shift key and click the refresh/reload button in the browser when viewing the published site. If you're using Internet Explorer, hold down the Ctrl key and press F5 when viewing the published site.


Is my postings listed in google search?
All the pages posted in eResourceIndia.com are automatically listed in Google and other popular search engines. It can take a number of weeks for Google and the other search engines to index your site in the search results.


How do I delete my account?
Simple. Call us and inform.


Is eResourceIndia.com Free?
Free for viewers to read, download articles, write comments, etc.
To get a publisher account you need to pay a very nominal amount once a year. Please contact our sales team to open an account in eResourceIndia.com and start publishing.


How do I get more traffic to my pages?
Other than informing your students you can create a twitter account and publish the twitter link in your pages. People remember to check in your twitter pages about the recent updates by you and keep following your postings.
